Remember that one time…

Oh wow! We’re all saying it – It’s that time of year! There’s so many things on, we’re double booking ourselves and running around exhausted!! Going to bed late and up again early, gone are my plans of going to bed at 9pm, don’t be silly!! So in these crazy festive flat out periods I’m going to do what the likes of some favourite TV shows do.

Favourites like Family Ties and Friends every now and then would do a Remember when… type episode that was a few flashbacks of past shows with the cast looking back on a memory. Like Friends -The One Where They All Turn Thirty or in Family Ties when Jen had tonsillectomy. Remember those classics?

Well I’m joining in too 🙂 Last year I shared a series of Christmas questions to some dear bloggy mates and jeez it was fun! So if you missed it here’s your chance to check it out. You beauty!

We’ll head down memory road again next week as it’s the last week of school, the week of the adorable school concert. Can’t wait! My two cheekies have practiced their part very quietly so it’s a surprize when we see it on the night.

I did promise you a photo shoot of my gorgeous Birdsnest dress and I kinda did one… at the time the boys were arguing over Lego and Farmer was non stop harvesting so selfies for the win. Not quite as glam as a Fashion Blogger but this is very me!!

That’s all folks!

I just adore my new dress and better still it’s gonna look amazing once I shed a few more kilos for my friends wedding (and perhaps wear some Bridget Jones knickers to smooth things out 😉

You too could be loving a new dress from Birdsnest in the latest Christmas giveaway! Just report any awesome service and the persons name that gave the fab service in the comments below or on the original post where we chat to Birdsnest. This is the last week to enter so let me know what awesome service is impressing you this festive season – there’s gotta be someone 🙂 Wishing you a fun week of parties and beautiful service!

Love Jo xx

Love the dress! Tis the season to wear dresses, falala lala lala la la 🙂 Two weeks to go. I have no service to report. Well actually! I buy A LOT of stuff from Cotton On online and this last time I purchased they were swamped with orders. They were in contact the whole time appologising, sent my package express and when they couldn’t supply one item they sent me a code for 50% off and free shipping so I could pick something else. I was pretty happy with the service for such a massive corporation.

Why thank you Karin! Those side panels are the best 😉 That’s very impressive from Cotton on. Oh the things you’d buy with 50% off no less….. I haven’t shopped there for years, must do that one day, always flying past lol! xx

I’m fairly new to the world of blogs. I just wanted to say that its lovely to see how supportive you are of each another’s stories and posts and to those who are aren’t bloggers but visit your websites. I recently had some email contact with Sam from The Annoyed Thyroid and she went beyond just a quick email. Her supportive words made my day! – thanks Sam if you are reading this. It wasn’t just an awesome service, it was kindness that came from her heart. I think all those who blog are extremely generous with sharing their life and with their time they devote to others. I wish to be so clever 🙂

Another awesome service shout out has to go to Transperth. Last Thursday I was on a bus going down a busy street in Yokine. Our bus driver had just dropped off a lovely elderly lady at a stop. Once he took off he looked in the mirror to see her having difficulty crossing the street and that she was unsteady on her feet. He pulled the bus over again, put his hi vis vest on, got off the bus and assisted the lady to safely cross the road. He sure deserved the clap we gave me when he got back onto the bus and started driving again. Amazing service from a bus driver!
